  • BS-7121
  • Management of Health at Safety at Work Regulations
  • Lifting operations Documents required on site including safe systems of work (method statements and risk assessments)
  • Mobile crane specifications and duty charts
  • Training certificates required of lifting team
  • Stability of loads and stress factors in lifting accessories
  • Safe use of lifting equipment and general slinging methods
  • Safe slinging and movement of loads


Theory and Practical Examination.


1 instructor : 6 candidates


The duration of the course will vary depending on the experience of the candidates.

  • Novice operators: 3 day course
  • Experienced operators: 1 day course
