Planning of lifting operations including safe systems of work (method statements and risk assessments)
Safe access and egress of lifting equipment on site
Safe set up of lifting equipment including ground conditions and stability factors
Calculations required for a safe lifting operation including technical drawings required
Use of mobile crane specifications and duty charts
Stability of loads and stress factors in lifting accessories
Calculating the working load limit of accessories in different configurations
Estimation of load weights
Selection and correct use of work equipment required during lifting operations
Management of lifting operations on a working site
Safe use of lifting equipment and general slinging methods of accessories
Safe slinging and movement of loads

Theory and Practical Examination.
